UST Fitness: Aerobics, Cardio, and Dumbell Exercises

Good day! We are students from the University of Sto. Tomas taking up Fitness as our Physical Education course. Our exercise is composed of five parts: 1. Warm Up & Stretching 2. Main Set: Aerobics 3. Main Set: Cardio Exercise 4. Main Set: Dumbell Exercise 5. Cool Down When feeling too strenuous between exercises, please stop immediately to prevent any body strains.
