Marni Task is a Yoga Teacher at Cleveland Yoga, in Cleveland Ohio. She is a Senior Certified Jivamukti Yoga Teacher , as well as an affiliated Anusara instructor. She continues her studies with her Gurus/yoga “parents”, Sharon Gannon & David Life, the creators of Jivamukti. The music is by Michael Franti and Spearhead - The Sound of Sunshine - by the album!!!
