Instead of making my own workouts, I am going to try someone else’s. I decided to go with a workout by Obi Obadike for the next few weeks because Obi is one of my role models. He is a very successful fitness model and has been on the cover of magazines EVERYWHERE! He has also been voted the worlds most ripped fitness model. I hope to reach his status one day! The first workout is for the chest and biceps. Some sets are super sets so be ready to just jump into another exercise.
