How does that help you with the ladies? Simple, women want men who are capable and reliable. If you do not look the part, you have no chance of getting anywhere. The problem is that very few people have any idea what physical fitness really means, or how they would go about getting into shape even if they really wanted to. The easy answer is to go hire a personal trainer or join a gym, but 99% of us are not going to do that. What does it mean to be physically fit? The best definition I ever heard, is that you know you are physically fit when you can accomplish everything that you have to during your normal work day, and still have enough energy and stamina left over to have a regular after-work activity, take care of all the little personal emergencies that cropped up during the day, and still want to go out and socialize with your friends. If you are an evening couch potato you are not there yet. Here is what you have to do get fit. You need at a minimum two hours and 30 minutes of moderate intensity aerobic activity, and two or more days a week of muscle-strengthening activity that works all your major muscle groups.
