These exercises are timed to the music with audio voice-overs telling you when to switch exercises. Do as many as you can of each exercise keeping proper form to get the best workout. Do the following exercises going from one to the next with no break. 1. Push-up- Dips - Do a push-up until you arms are at right angles then turn over and do a dip with fingers pointing towards your feet until your butt almost touches the ground. Do 2 or 3 and then go the other way so you can stay in the same place. 2. MMA - Keeping your hips at the same height throughout the entire exercise, start on your knees and put your right leg up in a right angle squat position. Then pull your left foot up next to your right foot so in you are in a squat. Then put your right knee back on the ground and then your left knee. Halfway through, you will be prompted to do the same exercise switching to your left leg. Make sure your knees do not go over your toes and legs are at right angles. 3. Tuck Jumps - With hands in the air, jump pulling your legs up as high as you can to your chest, double bounce and repeat. 4. Squat- Jacks - Go in to a wide squat position down to 90 degrees not letting toes go over the ankles.
