Fernando vs “Before & After Pictures” Deception & Lies

The ‘before & after’ picture testimonials that the fitness industry loves to use in order to prove just how effective their exercise program, set of DVD’s or fitness equipment is at producing results. Usually those transformations are SO amazing & dramatic that it motivates you to get in shape. You say to yourself “I want to lose 30lbs in 30 days too!” or “I want to get that sculpted body in 8 weeks too!” Here’s the kicker, then you say: “If that person did it…then I can too!” Sounds logical, right? And you would be right IF those pictures were real. Yes…most times those ‘before & after pictures’ you see are FAKE, giving you an unrealistic and false expectations of results. Which is why they always use the disclaimer of “Results are not typical” Why do you think they use that disclaimer? Because the overwhelming majority will NEVER experience those results! But they sure make you believe that you can. Folks, it’s a huge deception and bag of lies! Not all companies are deceptive. There are some that use real pictures that depict real transformations that most people CAN achieve. Those companies are very few and far between though. The majority of these pictures that you typically see are baloney - plain and simple.
