This is so helpful, since I’ve been looking to get a probiotic supplement. I think I have a flora problem since I was a vegetarian for nearly a year (I’m a protein type) and I loved soda. I’m living a healthy lifestyle now, so I’m still considering a real probiotic. What do you think?

I agree boost is crap but its more for ppl in hospitals or sick ppl that need a meal replacement and it has lots of nutrition for them.

What about a greens drink? such as Green Vibrance from the company called vibrant health? Anyone have thoughts on a supplement such as this?
