It may not be the hardest endurance workout when you compare it to the 16 weeks abs challenge but if you 3 rounds of this, it’s gonna be hard. And just like he says at the end, the elite level would be 6 rounds so it’s hard. I just tried it. Very good. Will try to get to 6 round next time.

nah, if your trying to gain weight. you should do squats,deadlifts, pushups and at the same time you would work out on the abs also.

i did my first …
i did my first circuit today and was only able to do 2 reps! this seriously kicked my butt! it was intense! i substituted the first exercise with regular pushups, and for the squat thrusts i did a jump after the squat since i don’t have a pull up bar (and have barely any upper body strength) can’t wait to see my results 4 weeks from now! thanks for an awesome channel!!!

I think it’s because these exercises are rly intense, especially if you get results within 4weeks. People who aren’t in shape, even some that , tend to throw up. =P

he says u do 3 times per week, mon wed friday or tuesday thurs and saturday. if 1 set’s not enough, he encourage or challenge to do 2nd or 3rd set. im gonna try this for 4 weeks as well.. lets see how it works.

Hey Vince or Arnel or some other experienced person… Is there an alternative to the diagonal wood choppers? I do not have access to a med ball yet…And is it bad to do this everyday? Could it mean faster fat burn or is it just stupid. Sorry for the questions, I just want to do this right… thankz

after you excersice the damaged tissue recovers into more and stronger tissue, but you’ll have to wait for that to happen,
