Every time your heels smack the ground, my knees cry out in pain. IMHO cross trainers cushion your feet to the detriment of your knees, hips, and spine.

Becareful jumping …
Becareful jumping back too close
to that railing behind you.

I was thinking if you were to stumble
while jumping back you could have
accidently fallen over that rail behind
you and off the building.

do seem like they may be
a little hard on the knee
joints though.

I don’t think jumping on concrete is something you want to advocate for a broader audience. I hope you don’t often jump on concrete. Even with good shoes it is hard on the knees..
