I don’t think you need to go organic on protein powder, but there are MANY options available for you if you want organic pro powder without a doubt.

K-K-k-k-Katrina & Karena are absolutely correct. Eat wholesome, healthy, nutritionally dense food all the time. If you have a 100 calorie low fat snack… you are still eating 100 calories of crap food. Eat an apple and some almonds instead :)

I agree with you …
I agree with you guys. However since reading “The China Study” I’ve given up on dairy and animal protein. I haven’t gone totally vegan but slowly getting there. One thing that has changed are my ankles which were killing me after running and now that arthritic pain has gone. I have to say it has to be this new diet. I hope it’s not a placebo effect; then on the other hand if it is, who cares. I hope you guys get a chance to read it. It’s an eyeopener. Week number five feel great ToneItUp!

SO true!!! I actually leaned out more when I replaced my “diet” food snack with ToneItUp’s protein bar every day! All natural! And even though it was more calories, I was amazed at the difference in my body! Thanks girls!! :)
