none preferablly but if i HAD 2 i would pick probly the heidi 1?? cos i go 2 school still and can generally find time 2 do 90 mins per day of excercise, but honestly neither of them appeal 2 me, i just try 2 eat healthy and get in some daily excercise

IF i had to pick one, it would be the kardashian cleanser, only because its not someone already who is thin trying to get thinner? kloe had some curves, but was still hott and with that magazine cover she seemed to have lost a lot of weight. heidi is full of crap trying to do anything for cash, and her loser “man” is such a follower and such a POSER! its so sad for them. but anyways yea i would do the cleanser if i had to do something.

I’ve been watching your vids for a while, I really like them! Awesome workouts and interesting information.
The only thing I find disappointing is the sponsorship for an appetite suppressant, to me it goes against all your advice for healthy eating and effective exercise.
I wouldn’t take the suppressant, Kim’s cleanse or buy Heidi’s dvd.
Otherwise great work!
