You should work out …
You should work out 4-6 days a week(depending on ur goals). Working the entire body means doing squats. lunges and generally exercises that work multiple joints and muscles. Dont workout the same bodypart or do the same exercise routine every day. Be creative and change periodically your workouts, for better results.
