Just remember your body is a lifetime commitment, there are no quick diets that work. What you need is to analyze your diet and exercise and then make adjustments that you can keep for the rest of your days, a new lifestyle. Everything else is like trying to mend the Hoover Dam with chewing gum. It sounds quite simple, but it’s the strength to keep it up that’s hard. go for it=)
