I LOVE kettlebells. …
I LOVE kettlebells. My gym doesn’t have them so I bought my own and they are totally worth the investment.

The second exercise Sarah was doing is one of my favorite leg exercises. My quads, hams and glutes feel amazing after doing them.

Is it true that using the treadmill is a waste of time after a while? I did 5km on the treadmill everyday for 3 weeks and I lost 10lbs of course with eating right. It’s been another 3 weeks now and I’m still doing the same but I haven’t lost any weight. What am I doing wrong?
