i think he says do 15-20 reps in the minute. i’m not sure how many calories it would burn but probably not many. this isn’t necessarily a fat burn exercise, just to “help tone and lift your butt”.

i have an exercise ball but i always roll off. i usually do lunges to work my buns.
btw, does anyone know any exercises for arms? its like no matter what i try to do, the fat is still there.

cardio is the only thing that works to remove fat, but since you cant spot reduce your gonna have to be patient, weights will only tone your arm [im having the same trouble] also cut out carbs from your diet see if that works.
