So you suggest that a meal prior to an afternoon workout should conist of no carbohydrates? Is the two post-workout meals rich enough in carbohydrates to accomodate for workouts up to 2 days later?

What would you suggest for someone who trains according to a 5×5 routine 3 days a week? What should the carb intake be on non-training days?
