The Complete Guide to Navy Seal Fitness (Military Fitness) Great book and its to date. this vid is a bit old

I have to agree… the book is COMPLETE! It’s update in 2008, includes 3 multi week workout plans, which also include running and swimming exercises..
Can recommend it, for sure!!

Just take Muay Thai …
Just take Muay Thai…the workout is harder than this. I have to give them props for that correct form of the push-ups. That was a lot of sets of tricep pushups…looked painful.
