Thanks so much for this! I can see by looking at you that the payoff is definitley worth it all.
I use to be around 105 but kept putting off excerciseing and my weight crept up until one day i was like omg my jeans don’t fit anymore!

That’s great! I don’t think that I have noticed but do you have any vids with you standing?? I would like to see what you look like full body. I am not on that 90% veg. diet but I would like to try it. Yes, that yogurt drink is good! :-) I like the very berry one..yummy!
Another thing, were you a lot heavier before dieting??

I really, really …
I really, really love milk. I grew up drinking cow’s milk, but during high school I switched from cow to soy milk. I found the soy milk hard to digest so I didn’t drink a lot of it. I have switched back to cow’s milk. I have not tried rice or almond milk yet, maybe I will try that soon.

Thanks for the tip….I have been forever looking for a peanut butter that doesnt have a lot of fat because most have like 16g of fat for 2 tablespoons! So the one you recommended is great because its practically like no fat : )
I actually just bought them right now I bought the chocolate and the regular so thanks : )
