Allot of people are curious how I stay thin.This is part one where I go into detail of my fitness routine. My breakfast and some health products I just found. UPDATE:Now vegan cause I`m highly sensitive to dairy products and I drink Almond milk instead of soy milk,its way better for you:)and tastes better too!
