for me….cardio is always after because if you do it first you will loose all the energy….but warm up before workout… and whey protein gives you fat to turn into muscle..you drink it before and right after you workout.

whey protein does not give you fat -_- whey protein gives you just that, protein, ANY excess calories you consume can turn up as fat if you do not utilize them. Take whey protein after your workout, within about 30 mins or so, as well as some fast digesting carbs.
Cardio would be best after imo, simply because you’d be tired after doing it, and it would interfere with your weight training.

there is no way to just burn 1 area of fat.
You will loose fat from all over your body at the same rate.
so if you have lots of fat all over the body will burn it all. But once you start having just one area that is fat then the body will mostly take from that spot.
But yes the bike is easy to push yourself into a really really hard sweat and that is how you lose the fat. fat is just extra energy you gotta work hard to burn off extra energy.

you need to keep your heart rate up for over 20 mins…after 20 mins of your heart rate up is when body fat really starts to burn off
