I am a personal trainer in Brisbane Australia and pretty much am (i think) on the same wavelength as you in the way that I train my clients in the parks and only in studio’s and gyms at the request of some individuals.
The guys in the parks are achieving their goals and are motivated to come to every session. I love it!

not much in fact at the begining of these exercises for a few weeks your boobs may seem bigger but in the long run they will help a little as building muscle using these exercises will burn fat, however the best thing for you is to go jogging every morning for 20 mins to start off and after 3 weeks it should get addictive and ull be ridding that fat in no time its all about motivation.
