What is Qigong ?
You are suppose to 24 hour lower abdominal breathe and coordinate all Qigong, Yoga and Tai Chi movements with lower abdominal breathing. If you don’t know how to 24 hour lower abdominal breathe then you are not able to do real Qigong, Yoga, Tai-Chi or truly benefit from them.
It is also important that you watch Vol 2-3-4 videos and practice with Vol 5-6-7 videos daily until you are able to do them on your own.
