granted i’m not in as good of shape as you…i tried this though and all i did was feel it in my legs which are muscular like a son of a gun. I didn’t feel this really in my stomach whatsoever though…

So you dont think crunches, pre-stretch crunches, front squats, heavy deadlifts, and cleans are the best ways to train abs?

No - I am not …
No - I am not saying that at all. I am saying that body weight exercises can be an effective way of toning and strengthening your muscles. This is just one exercise people can try.
