I think it’s excellent that Zuzana is starting to weight train. Her body is amazing as it is now, but weights can add new challenge and make working out more interesting. I would love to see her up the protein in her diet and lift some heavier weights with lower reps to see what she might look like carrying a little bit more muscle. Muscle on a women is very sexy as long as they do not become obsessed with getting bigger and go overboard. Keep up the great Vids Zuzana!

Cant wait to see your results…You should touch on what people should eat, to help them gain muscle and tone there bodies..Like what is your diet? I have not seen all of your vids, maybe you have already, i dont know..lol But it’s just a thought…Keep up the good work… ; ) Looking good Zuzana.
