Motivation only is …
Motivation only is not enough. You must have time, money (not much but still) and experience to do it the best way you wish. You may spend your time for so many other things, so is the time you put into this worth it? I ask this because you must be serious to achieve serious results, which requires a lot of practice/training/time.
