I can’t believe that I got to hang out in Vegas with some of the biggest names in the fitness industry!

That was the first time that I have been to Vegas and I must admit that it was pretty wild.

I even got to workout with a couple guys and see what they are made of. luckily for you, I brought my camera to capture it all (by the way, we almost got kicked out of the hotel gym for it).

I was taking to my new friend Nathan Hopkins and he showed me his unique training style called the 3x method.

The 3x method simply means that all it takes is these 3 movements, for 3 minutes just 3 times a week, to get the body you’ve always wanted.

You must watch Nathan’s Vegas workout below:

This program is perfect for busy men who just don’t have the time to commit to longer workouts. Make sure to check it out http://www.the3xmethod.com

What happens in Vegas, stays in Youtube
(at least some of it).

See you on the other side,

Arnel says it’s …
Arnel says it’s perfect for busy men who don’t have time for long workouts but that’s BS. Busy men are usually not in a very good physical shape, and they would not be able to do hanging rows or incline pushups. Both of these are very difficult exercises, and require a high level of fitness to perform 3 sets of 10. Try asking an overweight computer programmer with a belly to do these. He’ll be dying after one… If he can even do one.

Don’t concern …
Don’t concern yourself with body mass or how much fat you have. Eliminate all fried foods from your diet. Eliminate butter and most oils, except olive oil. Eat foods like potatoes, pasta, rice and bread less. Diet should consist of lots of veggies, and lean meat. Eat more fish like salmon and tuna. Other fish is good too. Chicken is good(not fried). As for exercise, start with running at least 40min every day, or other cardio. Once you lose weight, you can consider other forms of exercise.

This is just a …
This is just a sample workout. I didn’t say that this is a for beginners. You can modify it for any fitness level. For example, for beginners, you can do knee pushups, body squat, and band row.

Yes, you are right, …
Yes, you are right, Arnel. This can be modified to be easier for beginners. I just wanted to make it clear that not everyone can jump into this. (Supposed to be obvious, I know) But you’ll be surprised how many people don’t see it that way. ;)

I’m 15 years old …
I’m 15 years old and I weighed about 110 to 115 before I started the workouts,so I had to modify all the workouts to fit me. Now I’m about 130-135 and I can do just about everything with my body weight. Modification is all that’s needed.
