Chicago Bulls (NBA) basketball team, sports nutritionist Julie Burns, gives tips to high school and college (NCAA) athletes on proper sport drinks. ?In taking chocolate milk, after activity if that?s what you wanna do. That?s what I tend to like whenever possible to use real food and not refined sugars added white sugar. That?s sad after that someone works out that?s when they have wiggled rooms of they like chocolate milk to do that. But one glass of chocolate milk is not gonna cut it. You know, I?ve mentioned to you in terms of how much protein someone needs after their work out. It also mean how much carbohydrate. So, they can have chocolate milk in the recovery meal after works but it?s going to be along with a lot of more protein and carbohydrates and the real foods and preferably, I wouldn?t add extra sugar, refined sugars if I really want to have the ultimate premium fuel diet.?
