Try this exercise …
Try this exercise and you will see that you will not have any energy left for your yoga or mm :) Jumping on a high platform is a very common and popular exercise at most gyms. This exercise is just a variety of that. Thanks for the comment. Zuzana.

I have seen …
I have seen personal trainers at my gym getting people to jump up on platforms. I think it’s a pretty common exercise. I can imagine it also gets your heart rate going. I agree tho with badreef - always fun to watch BodyRock!

Try Bikram Yoga, …
Try Bikram Yoga, and you will find that you wont want to goto the gym. Besides, jumping is bad for your knees..but like I said, fun to watch!

I tried Bikram Yoga …
I tried Bikram Yoga and I really liked it. But I disagree with you that jumping is bad for the knees. Jumping is a natural movement just as jogging so if you are not going over the top of your limit or if you are not 80 years old, than jumping over an elastic band can not hurt you. You would have to be jumping everyday like crazy to hurt your knees. I also fell on my chin in yoga class and had terrible bruise for couple days but I would not call it a dangerous sport ;)

I am actually a …
I am actually a Bikram Yoga instructor, runners and joggers are very unflexible in their knees, hips, and ankles..too much high impact on those joints. Jumping on grass isnt so bad, but the hard floors at the gym, or on concrete can cause your knees to act as shock obsorbers. How did you fall in yoga class? Ive been teaching 7 years, and never seen anyone get hurt.

I was trying to do …
I was trying to do a hand stand and I did not have a wall in front of me for support. Bikram yoga is really good, it helped me to get rid of neck pain. I am interested in yoga so I will be trying some yoga postures in some BodyRock videos. I would not mind to get some advices from you.Best,Zuzana.
