Chest workout: hip pushups

This is part three of my advanced pushup series. I will be doing 5 different types of advanced pushups and then I will combine them into one heck-of-a-chest workout.

This is a hip-pushup. It is very intense because almost 100% of your bodyweight is on your chest and almost none is on your feet. In this pushup variant, your hands pushup from your hips and your arms brush along your sides as you go up.

This is NOT a beginners exercise, it is for advanced bodybuilders only. If you have not been lifting for at least 6 months, dont even consider doing this because you will most likely get injured.

There are several other unique exercises in my advanced pushup series that I will be putting up individually also. Thanks for your patience, the advanced pushup video IS coming but it takes a long time to edit.

Anyone can be healthier, have more energy, sleep better, and feel better about themselves through bodybuilding. Bodybuilding doesn’t have to be expensive or take a lot of time, gyms are great but home workouts can save you time and money. A cheap dumbbell set from a garage sale or walmart is all it takes to get started with your home workouts.

can u tell 1 thing i got a little haert problem the problem is i get tired fast can u excersize a little jsut for my health? i got a deformated can it be fixed bu excersizing? i want to have some muscles cus i look like dumbshit i dont whnan have the advance muscles but normal is it posible? plz i nes some advice !

What is most perfect in this one is the focus on Nutrition and especially the grunting. alot of ppl are scared of making that “noise” when starting out, and its important to get across why u must not hold it back, and also NOT overdo it :) The nutrition is also important information, and you get it across very well!
keep up the awesome work bro! Inspiring vids and awesome workout tips!
