I’m glad that you …
I’m glad that you spoke about this, for 2 reasons…
1. Stats are dangerous in the wrong hands. People need to research the data that they encounter, otherwise they can get a totally opposite impression.
2. Many are so affraid to talk about death, like it’s a taboo. Actually, it’s one of the few things that we all have in common, we going to die someday! Once you realize that, you can move towards improving & enjoying your time alive.

Do we really need …
Do we really need to detox? isn’t detox just another money maker for diet companies?

Medicine has been …
Medicine has been around since the beginning of time. To say we should not take medicine and just die when “nature” says to is stupid. That is like saying a diabetic child should just die. I can understand about not keeping a brain dead person on life support but come on you probably wouldn’t be alive today w/o haven taken some for of medicine in the past.

Allopathic medicine …
Allopathic medicine as we know today has really only been around for the last 100 years, reference “The Drug Story”. We have the Rockefeller’s to thank for that.

Allopathic medecine doesn’t treat the cause of of people’s degenerative diseases. No one out there is dieing of a prozac or asprin deficiency.

The top 3 causes of death are Cancer, Heart Disease, and Diabetes. These diseases occur due to poor nutrition, and chemical toxicity (Stress). Not diseases of Trauma or infectious bacteria.

Type 1 diabetes is …
Type 1 diabetes is not brought on by poor nutrition. A person is born with it. Some depression is real and caused by real organic problems like hypothyroidism and PCOS.
allopathy |əˈläpəθē|
noun
the treatment of disease by conventional means, i.e., with drugs having opposite effects to the symptoms. Often contrasted with homeopathy .
Drugs have been used since the beginning of time just in plant animal or mineral form.

Natural medicine …
Natural medicine has been around since the beginning of time, not Allopathic.

Allopathic treats the effect (symptoms), not the underlying cause. So as long as you treat the effects and ignore the cause, the disease can still proliferate.

People who are nutritionally deficient give birth to even more nutritionally deficient children, who come into this world with many health challenges.

In the Pottengers cat study, the cats that were malnourished gave birth to even more malnourished cats.

continued… So …
continued… So when it comes down to it, its great we have the means to help kids with type 1 diabetes and many other congenital defects.

It is still nothing more than a band-aide, and is totally ignoring the underlying cause of all these problems, which is… nutrition, chemical toxicity, poor lifestyle choices, etc.

Medicine can’t make quite the same profit margin off of these modalities when compared to expensive drugs and surgical procedures.

My Doctor said …
My Doctor said Cancer and Heart disease, (which can be caused by diabetes among other things) , is usually what kills people. Weather you have good nutrition or not one of these thing will kill you unless you have a fatal accident or something. Cancer and Heart disease are considered natural causes of death.

B0thergirl Says:

Excuse me but back …
Excuse me but back in the old days they treated the symptoms. They didn’t alway know what caused it. We do more today to solve the underlying problem then they did with thier natural medicine which sometimes was quite toxic. Nothing has change except we now can fix most problems with surgery or tharepy.

I think you are …
I think you are simplifying the issue.

The great Nobel …
The great Nobel prize winning physician Albert Schweitzer traveled all over Africa and was astonished at seeing no cases of cancer, or at least anything that was recognized as cancer, and if there was cancer it was rare.

He said, “The absence of cancer seemed to be due to the differences in nutrition compared to the Europeans.”

Today these diseases can still kill a healthy individual, but you shouldn’t be going out in your 40’s, 50’s, or 60’s. Are potential is far greater than this.

dynamicwellness33 Says:

The issue is very …
The issue is very simple, we all need to get back to the basics of health.

Eat clean healthy foods for our metabolic type, get the appropriate amount of sleep and exercise, and work a job you love to do. Its actually a steal when compared to expensive surgery and drugs.

Today we know more and more and more about less and less and less. Until we know everything about nothing. K.I.S.S.

Natural medicine …
Natural medicine has evolved great lengths since then. You can go back to 2000BC when Hippocrates said, “Let thy food by thy medicine, and let thy medicine be thy food.”
Thats a solid foundational principle.

Natural medicine encompasses many fields from nutrition, massage, chiropractic, to acupuncture and personal training etc… Anything with a healing property is medicine, and they all have the ability to heal.

Hey, I’m interested in finding out more about cross training. In my quest to loose weight, I’ve added interval training to my workout. What’s the difference and benefit between cross training and interval training (if any)?

I disagree with …
I disagree with your idea of ‘death by old age’. There’s no such thing. Death is always caused by the failure of one or several organs that ends up in killing the brain. People that die of ‘old age’ actually die of cardiac arrest, lung embolism, kidney failure, intestinal occlusion, brain stroke, you name it. And that happens because their organs were already fragile BECAUSE of old age.

Please share the Crossfit trainers. I knoe some people who absolutely love it, but I don’t have the ease of making it out to any training centers. Please bring them on so I can access or atleast see what the basis of it all is.
