Awesome, thanks for posting this. The way you explain things is really engaging. BTW, should I be feeling squats in my glutes? Because the first couple weeks I did them, I did feel it in glutes. Now I only feel my legs (mainly quads) and lower back working hard. I’m talking about barbell squat, btw.

Even though squats …
Even though squats work many different muscles, you’ll feel them mostly in your glutes and thighs… not necessarily in that order. ![]()
