i sleep only about …
i sleep only about 2 hours a day and it’s happening for about more than 3 years ago(since the psone,ps2 and internet was accessible in our house). i’m now experiencing insomnia and pain in my heart. My nerves on my feet and head are aching. i’m gonna try this exercises and i’ll tell you if it helped me. I hope so… Thanks!!!
