Many of the people I work with continue to lose at least 1kg a week during Phase 2, but weight loss depends on how much you have to lose, gender (men tend to lose quicker), how much you have dieted before and how much you have therefore messed up your metabolism. How much you will …
How much you will lose depends mostly on how much you have to lose and whether or not you have any of the 3 medical conditions explained in another video clip. Food Intolerance and Candida, particularly, cause water retention and bloating and, if you have either or both of these, you can feel fantastically better, slimmer and lighter in just 5 days. Hi there - I have never come across this! Are you doing Phase 1 of the diet properly? Phase 1 has a limited amount of rice allowed (and it must be brown rice). The foods that are UNlimited are meat, fish, eggs, salads, vegetables (except mushrooms and potatoes) and natural live yoghurt.
Phase 1 has been carefully researched to overcome the 3 conditions that cause food cravings. You would be the first person to put on weight if you are doing Phase 1 properly!
