as usual a good vid, however, I disagree with eating unlimited amounts of anything, no matter what, because your stomach will expand, and if you do it for years, it will remain large and feeling of satiety will only be achieved by eating same big amounts of food, even if you have lost weight. then you need an operation to reduce the size of your stomach. and besides, fruits contain plenty of sugars (fructose, glucose, galactose and other sugars)which can be converted to fat if not used in body.

no i don’t think you have to. fruit does have sugar but isn’t it used for something like energy… or i don’t know.
maybe you do have to limit fruit like bananas because they have a lot of cals… but i think because most fruits have less cals then sugar so it balances out?????

Since fruit is a whole food rich in vitamins/minerals/fiber you should be okay eating as much fruit as you comfortable want. You would have to eat 20.5 apples to = the caloric content of a big mac meal, come on!

Could Nattles do a video about detoxing and her view on it’s place in the weight loss process and in a regular diet?
Fasting?
6-12 daily meal plans (such as for weight training)?
And maybe you could do catch-all videos every couple of weeks that answer the tidbits people write in about that maybe don’t merit a whole videos in and of themselves.

This video is much better than the last few by Natalie. Still, I don’t want to hear anybody who says saturated fats have any threats to your body. Because, like I’ve said again and again, it is not true. You have to watch your health and immune system much more than your cholesterol. So, arterial plaque happens to carelessly sickly people who deserve it. Enough of this whole argument, I wish Natalie would do something soon on all the goods about Omega-3 fatty acids, and the bads of Omega-6 oils.
