300 Workout From YOGYMBO.COM

This is the 300 workout which was used by actors from the movie “300.” They did not use this workout on a daily basis, but more as a test to see their progress. Most could complete the workout in anywhere from 20-30 minutes by the time the movie finished shooting.

We used low weights …
We used low weights in the video to show proper form. You can learn more about the exercise at the Yogymbo, but here is a little bit of info about the suggested weights:
a) Pullups - 25 reps
b) Deadlifts with 135lbs - 50 reps
c) Pushups - 50 reps
d) 24-inch Box jumps - 50 reps
e) Floor wipers - 50 reps
f) Single-arm Clean-and-Press with 36lbs Kettlebell - 50 reps
g) Pullups - 25 reps
