when they help you …
when they help you prepare the meal it’s easier for them to feel exicted to eat it… as you go you can tell them why it’s good for you…

wonderful. hands on …
wonderful. hands on all the way to a better world! another good thing is to limit tv or get rid of it all together… as its pretty much all rubbish ads. and one bad influence i know is other kids at school. my mom is vegi and would send me to school with healthy snacks while all the other kids had milk, oreos, cheetos and sodas. i was soooo jealous! i felt deprived :(

Some very good …
Some very good advice - I don’t have a child, but I do remember when I was a kid veggies weren’t typically a staple in our house, nor were healthy foods…hmmmm, and I prefer candy over real food…

but the title …
but the title shouldn’t be how to “trick” them into eating it, these children were obviously naturally enthusiastic for fruits and veggies once they had a sincere connection to the earth…

Very nice video …
Very nice video Natalie! I totally agree with everything you said, if you exclude turnips and brussel sprouts! Feeding kids those are tantamount to child abuse, and should be banned by the Geneva Convention!

This is a great tip …
This is a great tip! I believe that anyone that gets more involved in the process of growing vegetables or fruits will begin to consume more because it helps them to appreciate how it is created.

Im gonna use that on my kid.

in my experience …
in my experience kids like veggies if they’re introduced to them early, and in a pure form. that is, raw and fresh. and if those kids aren’t already spoiled by overspiced, “flavor enhanced”, sweetened, artificially flavored processed food…
Little kids are curious about colorful raw veggies like sweet bell peppers and like to eat them raw, while “slushy” cooked-to-death veggies that lost their color and have to be spiced-up to have taste seem not to appeal to them.

kids old enough to …
kids old enough to help in kitchen can also get interested in veggies if they help cutting them for making a salad or something like that (if you don’t put a disgusting dressing over it :-D)

thats surely right, …
thats surely right, but what is also worth to mention is the fact that many animals are going to die if they will continue to eat at fast food chain stores. And children like animals, dont they?
By the way, u are very cute :-)
