This should be done every other day. You don’t want to over do it, that can actually harm your body.

Because she’s not doing serious repetitions. The video is only 4 minutes! If she were doing repetitions of about 30 each, she would have to utilize her breathing more.

Could I possibly skip the shuffle and break down part if I were to extended the other exercises a little longer? Only because my floor is too hard for the former. If not, what could i replace the shuffle and break down with?
