Awesome vid. I think we all would like the bodies of our favourite stars. Well.. I don’t want a body like Halley Berry but a Vandam would be cool! But it shows that they don’t get their bodies by lounging around.

I agree with you …
I agree with you but on one thing. You should worry about how you are lifting free weights and the movements, otherwise you may mess up your muscles. Like screw your shoulder up or something. Once you get it down, there won’t be any worrying about it. It’ll come natural.

Did he imply that Kate Hudson doing Strip Aerobics had something to do with her being a mother (as in, implying that it’s a factor in her becoming pregnant) or being a mother encouraged her to do strip aerobics (as in, it’s something she did after becoming a mother to lose weight)?
Because the first one is mean but that’s kinda what it sounds like.

WHY DO WE CARE how many miles some movie star runs a day??? I swear I’ll never understand people who read tabloids.
Maybe I’m just too much of a scientist. Most of what I read are published research journals or case studies involving athletes. Its comforting to know the training wisdom of Halle Barry in the middle of all this.
