The concept of …
The concept of automated emotional response is extremely accurate. It “empowers” the individual to recognize emotions for what they are, survival instinct - fight or flight, mating, etc. As rational people we can either embrace or reject this concept as a personal discipline. However, where do the unrational persons of our world fit into this concept as a whole? Not only do they affect our ability to remain emotionally controlled, but most times they are personally self-destructive.
