i usually fill up a 2 litre bottle in the morning and aim to sip that throughout the day so i know ive had enough water, by the time you are thursty you are already dehydrated, drinking enough water doubles my energy for the day!!

how many grams of creatine do you take a day? and when your on creatine do you still only drink 10 cup’s of water a day?
i drink at least a gallon of water every day and im not on creatine right now, but i would imagine if i was on it i would need more then 10 cups of water a day.. anyways let me know

most people drink enough water through the food they eat potatoes,fruit,veg and even meat all has water in it you you drink water when your thirsty if you don’t have enough

When I workout hard …
When I workout hard maybe 5 grams a day and while you should stay hydrated taking creatine I don’t usually worry about trying to consume more water than I already do.

True food has water …
True food has water but unless you are eating melons all day long my opinion is you need to drink a lot more water, especially as an athlete. You cannot always rely on thirst to be a reliable indicator of proper hydration especially when you get older.

thanks for the reply, how many grams of creatine do u take when your not working out too hard? i was thinking i would take 1-2 grams a day, also how long do you cycle creatine on/off cycle for? 8 weeks on then 8 off? Lmk, Thanks

I take none when I’m not working out and I try to always workout hard. I’m very irregular with my cycling because I don’t think about it so I can’t give you a time frame Mike.

i would recommend better waters then Tap water because of the concentration of fluoride. fluoridated water is illegal in 98% of Europe due to its effect on the brain. It lowers brain activity.
